Estimator – Construction | Lincoln

Salary: Up to £60,000

I’m looking for an Estimator to join a well-established construction company based in Lincoln. This 100% office-based role involves managing new build and refurbishment tenders up to £10M across a range of sectors, including affordable housing, retail, education, and commercial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing Traditional and Design & Build tenders.
  • Appraising tender documents and preparing subcontract and material enquiries.
  • Producing detailed bills of quantities and cost plans.
  • Managing risk and value assessments.
  • Conducting internal tender adjudications and client presentations.

Requirements:

  • Construction estimating experience is essential.
  • Knowledge of new build and refurbishment projects.
  • Strong understanding of CDM 2015, modern construction methods, and contracts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Project, and Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts and meet deadlines.
  • Must live within 1 hour of Lincoln.
