My client are a very successful commercial office fit out contractor, who have built a solid reputation by producing high end projects across the UK. This is a great opportunity for someone to progress through the ranks in the construction industry.

Job role
They want to give someone an opportunity to join them as a Labourer with the chance to develop into a fully Fledged Supervisor. The first project will be in Manchester on a large CAT A and B office fit out. You will be required to carry out day to day labouring duties which will then lead to being taught site supervisor duties by minding the site when it is quiet, Learning how to conduct inductions, tool box talks and meetings etc.

Experience/Qualification needed 
- SSSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid (preferred)
- Experience in working on construction sites in a similar position
- Can do attitude with a willingness to learn 
- Prepared to initially be doing a Labouring role whilst learning the Site Supervisor role
