Having placed 40th in 2023 Rogers McHugh Recruitment were delighted to find out that they have improved in the latest edition of the awards.

In the 2024 judging Rogers McHugh Recruitment have placed 29th in the UK for SME businesses with 2-250 employees and with a turnover of between £100k and £50m so the competition was vast.

In order to be recognised you were judged on areas including: Financial Performance, Contribution to the Community, Support/People/Team, Innovation and The Future Plans.
