James Long Promoted

James Long joined us in April 2022 as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant with no experience in recruitment. Joining our York office as a Trades & Labour consultant he quickly demonstrated the right attitude, a can do mindset and the desire to live by Rogers McHugh core values.

Over the last 2.5 years he has built up a strong reputation in the market for providing high calibre candidates and a service to match to both his candidates and clients. He is often out on site meeting those people whom he has placed and making sure that they are happy and performing the tasks required.

Having successfully hit his revenue target for the 6 months from February to the end of July he has now been promoted to Senior Recruitment Consultant.
